Accomplishments
Since 2018, here’s what we have achieved together:

-
Public Safety & Community Spaces – Opened Phoenixville’s first municipal Recreation Center and a state-of-the-art Fire & Emergency Services Station, enhancing emergency response, training, and community programs. Expanded police staffing and invested in public safety.
-
Sustainability & Clean Energy Leadership – Together, we made Phoenixville PA’s first borough committed to 100% renewable energy. We launched PXVNEO, North America’s first hydrothermal carbonization treatment plant, installed 48 EV charging stations, upgraded to LED street and building lighting, and built a solar-powered Public Works Building.
-
Public Transportation Expansion – Advocated for regional transit by helping establish the Schuylkill River Passenger Rail Authority, working to restore inter-city rail service to Phoenixville.
-
Downtown Revitalization & Vibrancy – Created a thriving downtown with Open Air summer street closures, twinkle lights, Heartwood Park, Children’s Plaza Stage, and a new wayfinding signage system to enhance the visitor experience.
-
Green Spaces & Connectivity – Expanded Schuylkill River and French Creek Trails, developed the Reservoir Park Mountain Bike Course, and revitalized Reeves Park with new sidewalks, an all-abilities playground, tree plantings, and public restrooms.
-
Affordable Housing for Seniors – Partnered to create Hankin Manor, a 50-unit affordable senior housing community, in the heart of downtown.
-
Major Infrastructure Upgrades – Developed new parking lots, raised the Norfolk Southern Bridge for emergency access, and launched critical road and intersection safety improvements to enhance mobility.

These accomplishments are a testament to what we can do together.
